At Broken Ritual, every order is made and fulfilled after it is placed.

1. Shipping Location

We currently accept orders for delivery within India only.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

Our products are made to order. Printed products generally require 2–3 working days for processing and dispatch.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability and fulfilment conditions.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, domestic delivery may take approximately 2–9 days, depending on the destination, courier service and shipping method.

These are estimated timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, remote delivery locations or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

5. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared after dispatch.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us.
